Steam have had a pre-order offer going for several weeks now, 10% off the latest incarnation of Painkiller called Resurrection. The price of the game is very reasonable at £17.99 (don't know the U.S. price but if it's based off exchange rates is going to be about $25). You can find details of the offer HERE
If you pre-order the game you get both of the original games which are about 5 years old for free. i already have both games and thy are a lot of fun, with some unusual weapons. I'd decided to purchase them on Steam partly because I wanted this l;atest one but also so that I could use the free versions for the next giveawayoftheday steam group competition - unfortunately they don't give away second copies if you already have it, so that idea wasquashed very quickly. I just happy to see a new version of this game, which has been developed by Homegrown games, a conglomeration of some of the original developrs ansome of the modders who created mods for the original games (These mods are still available for free, so there's lots of expansion possible if you get the games. To buy via steam once the offer has ended will cost you £5.99 (~$9) and £3.99 {~$6) respectively and the latest version will be £19.99 (~$30).
You can see videos of the game HERE, HERE and HERE
