   PROS:

   * Smooth download, installation, activation in Vista Home Premium x64 SP2 OS, using Admin Mode.

   * Simple, clear, easy-to-understand, easy-to-navigate GUI.

   * Smooth, easy, intuitive program operation.

   * Can import bookmarks from IE, Opera, FF, netscape, Advanced URL Catalog (Version 1.xx), Del.icio.us, html.

   * Can export to IE, Opera, Firefox, Netscape, HTML, del.icio.us

   * Can remove duplicates and invalid URLs.

   * Can verify validity of bookmarks.

   * Can grab bookmarks from active browsers.

   * Can add new catalog to Database.

   * Left-side tree window allows user to add (to right--side main window): hot sites, top sites, invalid bookmarks

   CONS:

   * No Local Help File located within program.
   * No Online Help Guidance (receive 503 error message when click on Developer's URL).
   * Must be installed/activated in Admin Mode (for Vista Users).

   SUMMARY: - Program is feature-rich and is an easy-to-use, effective bookmark manager. A definite keeper for me. Thanks, GOTD and Jordysoft.

   wondering if any of the concerns/problems were fixed in this release...last time it went over quite poorly...

   on the plus side AlexSJ @#46 said it was portable, which made it interesting to me...

   still on the fence about trying, given the issues before...

   Hi all,

   Thank you, John and Violet, for your complimentary words. I appreciate it very much. I always try my best to provide useful and helpful information to others. As for reading the comments from the previous July 2009 giveaway - no, I did not read these....I was out all day tending to a personal family emergency.

   White Rabbit, thank you for your steadfast support, as always, for which I am most grateful.

   Anyway, I am not a technical expert, and never claim to be one. I am simply an average computer user, like everyone else, and I want to provide comments to everybody, based on my personal experience with the software that I download and use.

   If I don't download the GOTD Giveaway software for a particular day, then I will not comment all, as I feel I don't have anything significant to contribute.

   As for some of the features that people classify as negative, such as "toolbars" that developers offer for download. I figure that computer users are intelligent enough to be able to opt-out of these toolbar downloads, if they wish, etc.

   Anyway, I've talked your heads off, I'm sure...many thanks again to all.
