I use this to take my store bought dvd's, rip them, and convert them into Divx for dvd player for tv or Arhcos files for my arhcos tv.
Divx is way better than any other format though if any body was wondering.
I can convert a dvd to avi to the dvix convertor and then burn it back to cd or dvd with a few movies and it crystal clear, colorful, and the sound is awesome.

Gizmo's page on this offer. WinX DVD Ripper Platinum Free Until Sept. 30 (now Oct. 31!) He mentions the bad rating.

McAfee's site advisor still rates the site green; though I much prefer WOT's rating system as from past experience McAfee's Sit Advisor doesn't seem to get updated regularily.

I'll keep an on it. I already have the network block on it so it cant reach the interent. I do that to anything that doesnt update. Normal Ad-ware will shutdown the program if cant get the internet, but you never know now-a-days
I also ran through virustotal.com and it came up clean.

I think its ok now, I bet it probably had bad past owner. That might be what this is, a buyout promotion before the upgrade sale.
I've made at least 10 movies with no popups, but I haven't watched the network chatter either. guess that's next

I messed up on the link everyone. The above link looks like the one, but isn't it. No wonder y'all were talking about them scamming everyone and I think they maybe partly why they have a bad wot rating. The little tricks to trick people.

It wasnt easy to find the right link,finally I went back to Gizmo's link.

almost forgot, when I downloaded the wrong one earlier. I click to purchase it to see what would happen, of course it to took me to purchase page but then I canceled the purchase.
The screen went to another asking if I would pay half price $12.99 for it. Also the payed for version is different than the free platinum version. I didn't test for speed differences, cause trials on give you like 5 minutes, but I will be getting it. If it offers me the 12.99 again when my check get here.
I'll let ya know if it runs any better.

Hi, Txnnok, as much as I could understand you, this code was only for you. Therefore I deleted your post. When I'm wrong, I'll bring it back. Better would be when you find a link to a bargain for everybody. I couldn't find any.

Thanks, notblocklox. I ended up having to take a nap. I have to take meds and if I dont get some sleep or a nap my thoughts lose their coherency. The bad part is meds will give you the illusion that you are functioning ok.

I am glad I didn't break a rule though, which is what I was really worried about.

Sorry, everyone who might have tried and didn't work. You can try getting a new code and link by signing up for the newletter. Let me tell you, if your wanting either the ripper or the converter, The letter is worth signing up for and they don't email you to death either. I got that in august and it has been the only one so far.
