   They have changed the access to it and it seems that you have to be a member (but you can always rejoin to see what the game is and then cancel everyday). I don't think they would have gone to the trouble of changing things on the last day of the month if they weren't going to continue it.

   They are also doing an Octoberfest promotion where if you buy 6 games in Oct, you get a free game. So if you buy 6 $2.99 games, that's $17.93 so 7 games cost you $2.56 each. Not bad because the free game can be anything on their site including new releases.

   I'd better cancel my monthly subscription, lol. No point in paying $6.99 a month if I can get them for $2.99. The whole games network seems to be going crazy though; with such low prices for quality games.

   It worries me that would be develpers may be put off by such low prices. I'm sure if it carry's on, the quality will to drop off; thankfully the indie developers are still churning out some brilliant games, though you rarely see a good indie game (what I construe as good, is an original game with lots of replayability) for such prices.

   The $2.99 deal is only for one particular title per day and they are all older games. Today's is Burger Rush.

   Ah right. Still, I seem to accumulate my credits as they seem to have got stuck in a rut over the last year and released mainly Hif=dden Object games. I like HOG's, b almt exclusively getting a new one virtually every day is a bit dull. I'd like to see a variety of genres being sold. Still, theres always the indie sections that you can find over on Direct 2 Drive and Steam. :)

   D2D has a $5 deal on some of the best indie games available at the moment. I've alrady posted a link in another thread:

   Apparently now you have to be a member to get the code. You can still see which game it is from the toolbar, but they don't list the codde anymore. When I tried to reactivate, it wanted to charge me $6,99. It seems as if they are discouraging non-members from purchasing their games. Today is 10 Days Under the Sea (which Gamehouse recently had for free).

   Yes you do. I received an email from them a few days ago telling me about the offer, which is 'exclusive to members' It does mean you will have to pay the $6.99 per month which gives you the choice of any games you wish. I think i'll remain with them a little longer to see if there are any games that crop up that i fancy; thogh i doubt there will be. The majority of their releases over the last year have been HOG's, which i'v had enough of. I've got too many of them already.

   But since you can cancel immediately, I haven't found it a problem. Join and quit. Join and quit. Lol! They get some darned good games. :)

   I really wonder if it's worth all the trouble to them to have people have to quit right away and then keep track of which charges to not put through or have to issue a credit. So basically now NO ONE can buy any game without being a member.
