HELP! I don't know what I've done but I can no longer use/open Firefox!
Since discovering the problem I have uninstalled it. Installed the newest version. Done a system restore. Tried to open it through Sandbox...everything I can think of! (each of these 'solutions' was done individually)
If anyone has any suggestions, I sure would appreciate it!
Thanks, katch

Hello katchy,
Ok help me out here. What is "it" because I'm interpreting "it" as being Firefox, but that doesn't make any sense. When you discovered Firefox wasn't opening, the first step you took to fix the problem was to uninstall "it" then reinstall "it". But how could you uninstall "it" if "it" wasn't openning in the first place?

Sorry Renegade! Guess I was rambling a bit ... LOL
"it" is, indeed, Firefox. I used Internet Explorer in order to post my cry for help.
Anyways, I think I have "it" fixed. And I'm not too sure how I did THAT either! (kri-eye! I wish I wasn't so darned 'puter illiterate)
I used RevoUninstaller to get rid of Firefox (once again), then used CCleaner to clear out any leftover 'stuff', and finally, I used TuneUp Utilities and had it do a disk scan.
I don't know which one did the trick or if it was a combination of the three of them but I was able to reinstall the newest Firefox and that's the browser I'm using right now.
Hope I clarified everything and thanks so much for taking an interest!

Most time Firefox stop it the Firewall and if you go to new clean out with RevoUninstaller is good but may miss some in Documents and Settings

Hello katch,
Not a problem, I've been known to ramble on myself from time to time. Good to hear you got yourself up and running. As for not being sure how exactly you fixed your problem, welcome to the club. A lot of time even the most ardent pc user isn’t exactly sure how they fixed a problem. They might not admit that, but then all together that’s another story... Take Care
Oh and hotdog3, say what???
