   I know its late, but there is still 45 min left for today's soft.

   Been trying to activate for the past hour, but it says "This giveaway is not available"

   Which is quite strange!!!, as its still available for dwld ...
   Does anyone know what the problem is??

   Hi

   Went back to Restore Point, re-dwlded and re-installed

   Still same message on GOTD's Activation page!

   I read some of the posts in the front page, it doesn't seem others are having problems.

   True, I haven't been around much lately, maybe something changed recently regarding activation procedures?

   I entered the registration code, which the sw accepted.
   Now, how do I verify that the soft is registered?
   No, it couldn't be registered if the Activation didn't go through.

   Hummm, I'm a bit confused on what could be wrong or what to do ...

   I had a similar message after putting in the License key, I don't know if it registered or not. Pressing help/about usually indicates if it registered but not on this one.

   Hi LeKanaw

   I had the same message after installation but seems to work alright after entering the registration code. There's no way of checking whether it is correctly registered as the about page does not mention that.

   Exactly, the About/Help is not clear nor specific.

   And I looked around, there aren't many other places/buttons/menus to look "under".

   Hope there is someone around soon that can clear this.

   Yeah, the Poobah does that sometimes, when we realize there is a bug or a problem during the day, he goes back and adds a message on top of the page, so everybody sees it and stops w the elaborate conspiracy theories.

   Which is brilliant for everybody that has a brain ... ;-)
   Evidently not for me, as I manage to mess up even when I know the message/warning.

   Anyway, thank you for participating in the thread, I appreciate you didn't throw hot plates my way ;-)
