not activating/installing, cure needed

after double clicking the setup.exe a message "failed to connect ,please try again later"
is displaying.i could not install any of the gwod programs.any body, please give suggestions.

1.may be over load this end try later or 2.Firewall need it to let you know when software like to get out in comodo firewall display ballon messages tick it.
