The only comment on the download page at the moment says the app would not work in Win10, & it's been upvoted 45 times. Geekersoft Video Converter does run in Win10, just apparently not on the OP's PC/laptop. FWIW, it adds folders to Program Files (x86) & Users\ [UserName]\ AppData\ Roaming\, and adds minimal new registry entries.
