I checked it out a couple of months ago when it was given away elsewhere, and it's not bad, but I don't know why anyone would install it, or any similar cloning software for that matter. Disk image backup software clones one or more partitions, either to physical storage media or a VHD. If you back up your PC/laptop, and you should, a separate cloning app just wastes disk space. Most cloning apps are a portion of the software the same company uses for its disk image backup app, usually at a lower price, though Hasleo offers their backup app for free.

Note: the only comment on the GOTD download page at the moment is asking if Disk Clone is portable. Cloning, image backup, and partitioning apps use drivers to be able to use Windows VSS [System Restore], so that they can copy a snapshot of files that are in use running Windows. It is possible to install a driver when you start an app, then remove it when you close that app, but that's VERY rare with cloning, image backup, &/or partitioning apps. And that means that these apps cannot run portably. Most all of them do give you the option to create a bootable USB stick/drive with a WinPE compatible version of the software installed. Booting to that you normally can do anything you'd do with a portable version if it was available.
