EaseUS' version of the common Windows cleanup app takes a more quick & easy approach, vs. more detail oriented apps from companies like Glary. It does allow you final say -- you can select / deselect everything it finds to get rid of. Besides the usual browser cache & Windows history it targets log files, temporary files, some Windows backup files, registry entries with broken links etc. It's not foolproof -- when it wanted to delete the files in C:\ ProgramData\ Microsoft\ Windows Defender\ Definition Updates\ Backup\ I agreed, but then it failed since those files are protected by the copy of Windows that owns them.
Installing CleanGenius added a Program Files (x86)\ EaseUS\ folder, plus a folder in Users\ [UserName]\ AppData\ Local\, while the registry gets one key for EaseUS & one for uninstalling CleanGenius.
