It's a bit confusing, since Microsoft's reusing the same KB number. kb5039304 was originally released earlier in June, 2024, resulting in build number 26100.994, & the update did not show up in Windows Update in my non-Insider copy of Win11 24H2 -- I had to download it from the catalog. Checking the catalog since it's the end of the week, when Microsoft releases updates to Insider copies of Windows, kb5039304 jumped up to today's date, June 28, 2024 [it's no longer listed for earlier in the month]. And this time it did show up in Windows Update. Once installed the build number increased to 26100.1000.
