I had v.7.3.3 from an earlier GOTD offer -- I *think* the same version was on GOTD 2, maybe 3 times -- and 7.3.5 brings a few changes:
Apr 15, 2024 Version 7.3.5Fixed some known bugs.
Mar 18, 2024 Version 7.3.4
Fixed issue: The program occasionally crashes when activating with License Code under Windows PE.
Fixed issue: The "Disk Wipe" is still locked even if the program has already been activated with a License Code of "Current Version".
Fixed issue: Error 4098 occurs when cloning a hard drive in some environments.
Backupper's on BDJ yesterday & today -- no idea if it'll be there tomorrow -- which gets you another key, though the one from the GOTD giveaway will still work. *Usually* AOMEI giveaways appear first on BDJ, then a short while later on GOTD, or just download it direct from AOMEI. Personally I save AOMEI keys when they're given because they've banned them en masse in the past, presumably when bad guys exploit them, though it's not guaranteed one of those alternative keys will activate the software [it's a low effort gamble].
Backuppers decent disk / partition image backup software -- it's not in the same league as Macrium Reflect, but since they've ended the free version that kind of invalidates that comparison. My only issue with Backupper was that you needed to modify their USB sticks to make them bootable with Secure Boot enabled, which only takes a couple few minutes. That may be a moot point soon enough if Microsoft forces us to turn off secure boot later this year. [They've been working on hardening Windows boot loader, which they plan to enforce this year, but have published that there are BIOS compatibility issues. Additionally you might have to jump through hoops if you want/need to update the BIOS afterwards.]
