Well, sort of... the code for Moment 5 is included in the 2nd, optional update for February 2024, but according to the Windows Latest site, nothing is turned on -- you need to download a small update to turn on the features. Microsoft has done that before, though Windows Latest is the only source I saw with any details. After installing the optional update I'm still waiting for it to show up in Windows Update, and will post an update if it appears or if someone posts the KB number etc. Officially Moment 5 is supposed to roll out gradually, be available with the 2nd, optional update in March, and will hit everyone else as part of April's Patch Tuesday.
