When Windows is installed it adds a ton of apps whether you want them or not. Most can be uninstalled, but many people don't bother, since they're often just shortcuts to install the app, rather than the full app itself. But they do add clutter. Problem is once you've gone through and uninstalled a lot of this stuff Windows will add it back again, e.g., I've had repeated problems with Dev Home. You can use the Vive Tool to turn Windows features on/off to hopefully prevent that. The Neowin article talks about Dev Home, Outlook, & Teams, giving the IDs for those 3, without really any explanation. The 2nd link below tells how, why etc.
