Last month Microsoft released a patch for the recovery partition that caused all sorts of problems, and indicated that they'd come up with some sort of fix. They haven't, at least not with the February updates. Microsoft's Show/Hide tool won't work for some reason with one copy of Win10, and just like last month it attempts to install the update & fails. BTW, if you Google you'll find Many reports that Microsoft removed the tool from their web site, but the good folks at Minitool have a good link:

I haven't seen any problems updating Win10 or 11, but today Neowin reports some people are suffering from a missing Taskbar.

Today is Microsoft's February 2024 Patch Tuesday, which includes security updates for 73 flaws and two actively exploited zero-days.This Patch Tuesday fixes five critical vulnerabilities, including denial of service, Remote code execution, information disclosure, and elevation of privileges vulnerabilities.
