   While not strictly game related (although I do save emmails related to game purchases),I have a question. I'm trying to reach Microsoft. All I can reach are not very helpful articles. All of a sudden my "move to" function in Hotmail has stopped working. It no longer gives me access to my complete file list but instead will only let me create a new folder. I tried using two different browsers with the same results. It seems to be OK on my phone but it's hard to access subfolders.

   I *think* Microsoft relies on their communities / forums when it comes to support -- they also promote their feedback options for bug reporting. I didn't see anything related to a problem moving emails when I did a quick Google -- Microsoft just offers this for outlook.com:

   support.microsoft[.]com/en-us/office/get-help-with-outlook-com-40676ad0-c831-45ac-a023-5be633be798d

   I checked outlook.com using Edge and signing in with an @outlook.com address, and it let me move emails using drag and drop or the right click context menu. It can also be set up as a PWA -- a web app that pretends it's installed software -- if you wanted to try that. You could try installing another browser just to test, since it wouldn't have any cookies or settings & if you use 3rd party AV software it hopefully wouldn't have yet installed any extensions. If you use 3rd party AV [security] software you could also try temporarily disabling its web protection etc.

   I found one page that was supposedly technical support. A lot of people reported the same problem. The "bot" answer was to clear your cookies. That's companies' go to answer, it can never be their fault, it has to be the customer's computer. I hopew they fix it soon.
