Both Edge & Chrome have added a feature to copy a snapshot of a single video frame to Windows Clipboard. It is a feature that's rolling out right now, so not everyone will see it immediately, and so far it does not work everywhere -- YouTube is one of the services it works with now. To use it right click a paused video [I had to right click twice to see the dropdown menu].
