Just wanted to share what I thought was an interesting read.
When you read the daily reports of companies, organizations, government agencies etc. that have been hacked, the blame is often cast on organized groups or gangs with alleged government connections. The groups themselves are often thought to be private, mainly concerned with filling their own bank accounts, but they also cooperate with their countries' intelligence agencies, which is perhaps necessary to stay in business. Things are a bit different in India, where hackers work as mercenaries.
