A basic How-To that *probably* also works for Win10, it shows how to set policies that effect just individual accounts rather than the complete Windows install. You'd use it for example to prevent someone(s) from using certain features, editing the registry etc. The Home version of Windows does not include the ability to set &/or edit group policy, but if you have access to a copy of the pro, edu, or enterprise version, even unactivated, & perhaps in a VM, you can record the registry changes when you set a group policy [e.g., using Regshot], and try applying those changes to your regular copy of Windows.
