I'm sure a LOT of people already know about this -- it's been around for about a year now -- but I only found out about it today & wanted to share in case anyone else was in the dark when it comes to this potentially useful feature. It only works with browsers based on the Chromium project, i.e. Chrome, Edge, Opera etc. -- it's on the feature request list for Firefox, but so far it's not implemented. And that's why I never noticed it before reading about it today -- I use different browsers for different things, and Firefox is where I'd use it.
Anyway, the way it works is highlight whatever text on a web page, then right click what you highlighted & select Copy link to highlight. Paste that link into your notes or a post or whatever -- clicking it takes you directly to what you highlighted on that page. Here's an example:
