   It didn't show up for me in Windows Update, so I went Googling... following a link on Microsoft's blog announcing 22H2 I wound up at this page, which identifies the update as KB5015684 -- none of the other Windows-centric sites I checked gave or linked to that KB number.

   That's the same update that was available back in July -- I downloaded & ran it on a whim, and the only difference I've noticed since is the version in Settings shows 22H2.

   AFAIK no one has published what's new, though I imagine that'll change if/when someone finds anything &/or Microsoft provides some specifics.

   SO far, based on the few initial articles I've seen, looks to me like the main reason for Win10's 22H2 version is to extend this version's EOL [End Of Life] date -- the date when Microsoft stops supporting it.

   Found the update offered with a copy of Win10 I hadn't previously updated using KB5015684. Windows Update showed the update to 22H2 was available, but did not list KB5015684, nor did the update history afterwards. Clicking the link to "learn more" opened a windows asking if the PC was running slow (?), but the size & results of the update did match KB5015684.
