So-called God Mode is really just a folder with a special name that Windows recognizes, and because of that it nicely fills that folder with shortcuts to all sorts of Windows settings that you'd otherwise have to dig &/or search for -- there's a good chance you may not have even known some of them existed.
You create the God Mode folder simply by creating a new folder in File Explorer, and naming it: GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} . Windows will change the folder's icon, but it will also prevent the name from showing, so if you want to have an icon on your desktop with a label, create the folder somewhere else, e.g. Users\ [UserName]\ AppData\ Local\, then place a shortcut to it on the desktop.
