New Utility - Crosshair over pointer via Ctrl+Alt+P. This feature was co-developed with the accessibility team at Microsoft.
A lot of people already find PowerToys handy, with some using PowerToys Run for example, rather than search or even the Start Menu. Hopefully this will help some of those with vision issues.
