Note: while the link says x470, under "Driver Details" it lists what looks like every AMD motherboard chipset available.
Interestingly, while the update is supposed to fix UEFI CPPC2 in Win11 -- Ryzen CPUs are supposed to prioritize using the fastest core -- and the same file download is available for Win10 & Win11, AMD provides different info for the 2 Windows versions...
Win11:
AMD Ryzen™ Power Plans (required for UEFI CPPC2 in Windows® 10 May 2019 Update)
Win10:
AMD Ryzen™ Power Plans (required for UEFI CPPC2 support with “Zen+” and “Zen 2” in Windows® 11)
AMD Ryzen™ Power Provisioning Package (required for UEFI CPPC2 support with “Zen 3” and later in Windows® 11)
The AMD article [briefly] explaining the Ryzen issues in Win11 is here:

The AMD driver package expands in a C:\AMD\ folder when you run setup -- you can delete that folder afterwards -- setup won't. As usual you get a window showing several different drivers -- the only thing new is the Power Provisioning Package or Power Plans. Hovering the mouse cursor over the different drivers should show a tip telling you if you have that version installed already, so you can uncheck the box. Installing the new Power Plans does not require a restart.
