A quickish note that if you (re)build a PC using the current popular styles of PC cases you'll most likely want to keep tabs on hard disk temps once you get it running. External bays, where you'd mount a DVD/Blu-ray drive are mostly nonexistent, as are the old style drive cages stacked at the front of the case. Instead they provide a drive cage holding usually 2 conventional hard disks mounted at the bottom of the case, very often covered by a shroud that also hides the power supply. In some cases the lowest possible front fan mount in not low enough to provide the drives sufficient airflow, and in others, e.g. Corsair, the cage itself might not allow that needed airflow.
Those shrouds to hide the power supply also have a *potential* side effect... because they take away from the usable height inside the case, some AIO water coolers *may* not fit up top -- the thickness of the radiators they use varies. The hose length used by these AIO CPU coolers also varies -- if it doesn't fit up top, the hoses may be too short to mount the radiator in the front [or in a few cases on the side].
At least in the US, Amazon's shipping may also be a problem -- rather than UPS or FedEx or even the US Postal Service, they use their network of independent shippers for last mile delivery [it's kind of like a franchise setup] and they can be terrible -- Horrible. I had 3 cases arrive damaged, and they were all the Corsair brand, pretty sturdy with thicker metal. One case was so bad it was accordioned in the middle (!).

The important stuff out of the way, the background story is that my arthritis has gotten bad, & I could no longer crawl under my desk to disconnect my PC to roll it out for cleaning etc. At the same time I needed to upgrade my wife's PC this year, and our youngest son's graphics card died. *To me*, the most logical solution was for me to get one of the new AMD APUs [I got a 5700G for a very good price], freeing up my graphics card for our son, while I could use the ~2 year old Ryzen 2700 for my wife's upcoming build. The power supply she's using is old, and needed replaced, while my power supply was now way overkill using the APU, so when I found a killer deal on a 500 Watt power supply I snapped that up. I should have just pulled the casters off my old HAF 932 case and put it on my desk -- it's ancient but still in decent shape -- but got carried away and bought a case on clearance for ~40% off. I hadn't planned on re-boxing and carting 2 cases to Staples for return shipping; while Corsair was nice enough to send me a new side panel for free [to replace the one damaged in shipping], I could have done without 2 weeks of email correspondence; I was unpleasantly surprised when I found that the Corsair H105 CPU water cooler I was using would not fit [Corsair's web site lied, saying it would fit], costing me a few days down time and more money I hadn't wanted or planned to spend; and while digging out the glue gun to mount a small [60mm] fan to cool the hard drives was easy, finding a decent 60mm fan was harder than I expected. I already had a USB hub to use, making up for losing the 6 USB ports on the front of the HAF 932, used the LED from an old case for a hard disk activity light [something many [most?] new case designs leave out, & often the only way to tell if Windows has in fact died], and picked up a USB adapter on sale for 1/2 price for the Blu-ray drive.
