Yeah, it's not ready, but manufacturers want you to buy all those shiny new laptops and PCs they'll be shipping for the holiday season, not to mention all those companies selling upgrade hardware. [Wonder what happens when people give "Windows" as the reason for all those returns?]
That said, upgrades via Windows Update will be more of a trickle at 1st -- Microsoft's shooting to have eligible hardware upgraded by sometime in mid 2022. Remember that we're talking about relatively few PCs and laptops, since they have to be pretty new to qualify. No word on Android compatibility or emulation, other than [hopefully] next year.
