neowin[.]net/news/microsoft-releases-windows-10-build-19042789---heres-whats-new
This was released a couple weeks back to the Insider Beta Channel, and while it installed fine in my VMs, it would not install for love or money on the Insider build on this PC -- I even tried a Win10 reinstall (!). Well today it worked in my regular copy of Win10, and a downloaded copy of the fix worked on that insider build too, so my guess is that Microsoft recorded lots of problems with it, and decided they'd better fix it before release to general availability [i.e. to non-Insider copies]. If I'm correct, that would explain a preview update coming out in the first week of February - not some hint that Microsoft's changing their update schedule.
