It only works with the web app, at least for now, and according to the article it's only available if you have an active Microsoft 365 subscription -- formerly called Office 365, the family version, which covers 6 people or 6 copies of Windows, goes for ~$50 on sale once or twice a year. That's still pricey, but *might* be worth it for the transcription service alone... Far too much online video & many video conferencing apps/platforms are effectively useless if you're hearing impaired. For remote students needing notes, or just to make sense of instructional videos some might feel it's worth it.
