Windows 10 Pro, EDU, & Ent. has long had a wizard in Control Panel to create a Windows To Go drive. Using the free, open source rufus is/was arguably easier, doesn't require specific devices, & doesn't require a Win10 Ent. ISO. That wizard however has gone missing from the v. 2004 Control Panel, though it looks like all that's missing is 2 files, in case anyone wants to keep or get it working in Win10 2004. What you'd need to do is copy those 2 files from the earlier version of Win10, or from the Windows.old folder after updating before you get rid of it [Disk Cleanup]. The 2 files are C:\Windows\ System32\ pwcreator.exe, & C:\Windows\ System32\ en-US\ pwcreator.exe.mui [or whatever folder besides en-US applies]. Run pwcreator.exe to start the wizard -- create a shortcut to it if you like and put it in the start menu... C:\ProgramData\ Microsoft\ Windows\ Start Menu
