Windows 10 2004 gets a cumulative update whether it's set up in the Insider program or not. The only thing unusual is that it shows a cleaning up stage after the restart, in addition to the normal screen as it's updating. Windows 10 1909/1903 restarted twice, the 1st time showing a different black progress screen, rather than the normal blue. There's also a .NET update. Nothing unusual there, except it fails in Win7 if/when v. 4.8 is installed -- I *suspect* it's the 4.8 version or portion of .NET only, as the Win7-native version of .NET updates fine. [Note: Win7 only updates if its corp owner buys the extended update service, or a user applies a hack -- otherwise it'll roll back during restart.]
