Windows 10 1903 & 1909 had 2 updates a few days apart. Some details leaked about a vulnerability that was supposed to be patched in the initial update, but then it wasn’t included. This prompted Microsoft to release a 2nd update to fix that bug. If you missed the 1st update on Tuesday it was rolled up into the 2nd update. Windows 7 updates are listed, and if you download the standalone updates they will appear to install, but unless you have a special key installed for the extended update program, during the restart the updates will fail & the system will revert to its unpatched state. Windows 10 2004 [alleged 2004 anyway] got its updates last on Friday.
