   KB4535996, for Win10 1903 & 1909, is causing some people problems, though it seems that there are fewer problem reports, or at least they're getting less attention than last time an update caused havoc. Besides problems installing the update, users have reported random freezes & BSOD, slow boot times or getting stuck in a boot loop, lower fps in games, and the Sign Tool app is crashing.
