Updating multiple copies of win10 1903, I've had several different experiences -- to say your mileage may vary is a gross understatement IMHO, which is why this heads up. You may get one, or 2 or 3 updates, and they may show up all at once, or one at a time when you clean get updates. The cumulative update, with minor fixes, is KB4522355. There's an Autopilot update (?) KB4523786, and a .NET update, KB4522741. So, if you get one update when you click to check updates, do check again, & again as needed until it reports you're up to date.
