Digiarty is giving away copies of WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe at winxdvd[.]com/resize-video/compress-reduce-4k-video-size.htm – upon entering your email address the file download starts, which includes the setup file, a PDF, & a text file with the key, which asks you to register the software before 9/24/2019. It’s version 5.15.3 with a build date of 6/20/19.
This seems the usual ffmpeg-based video converter, without either the added files to use the limited GPU assist for the x264 encoder included in ffmpeg, or the GPU hardware encoders themselves, which have shown up in a few of these converters. Digiarty also breaks the mold a bit, with quite a few files for the Python programming language in the C:\ Users\ [UserName]\ AppData\ Roaming\ folder. That folder holds 2,556 files, 109 folders, 53.1 MB, while the program’s folder has 534 files, 6 folders, 121 MB. New registry entries are for uninstall & basic Windows housekeeping, e.g. caching.
