This is more or less a photo enhancement app, that according to the ads on their web site works a bit like a minor version of ON1's Effects 2019, and it's offered for the next several days on SOS. During install it adds a C:\Users\[UserName]\AppData\Local\AdvinstAnalytics folder, with a single tracking.ini file with two lines: [General] & Active = true. If you Google on "AdvinstAnalytics" [w/out quotes] you get 4,720 hits -- the 1st few pages worth all suggest it's somewhere between malware & adware.
