petri[.]com/how-to-disable-hyper-v-completely-in-windows-10
Some versions of Windows 10, like Pro, include Microsoft's Hyper-V virtual machine host software. Hyper-V uses the CPU's hardware virtualization features, that are turned on/off in the device' BIOS, and is also used for Windows features like the new Sandbox. The best known conflict with Hyper-V is probably VirtualBox, open source virtual machine host software, which won't run if Hyper-V has been installed in Windows 10. Normally adding or removing Hyper-V is fairly straightforward -- go to Control Panel\Programs\ Programs and Features, and click the link in the upper left to Turn Windows features on or off. But that doesn't always work, and when it doesn't, this article tells you what to do next.
