Windows 10's Windows Update *may* offer new Intel graphics drivers, but it's pretty spotty. Likewise the company that branded your device *may* provide Intel drivers, but that's even spottier. You used to be able to Google to get to Intel's page listing your CPU, and that had links to drivers -- not so much anymore. And you used to be able to right click the graphics adapter in Device Mgr. & update that way, but even if Microsoft has the driver in it's database, you need to run the full setup routine for Intel's new driver model drivers.
So, if you're one of the billions of people using the GPU built into your device's Intel CPU, AND if you're running win10, probably a good idea to use it, since win10 is moving to that new driver model. If you're running win7/8, it's more of an up to you thing.
