KB4465065 [from 2/2019] is showing up with the cumulative updates for June containing microcode from Intel related to Spectre fixes, so if you notice the system slowing a bit...

I'm still getting these microcode updates trickling out to different devices FWIW, so if you didn't spot it on Patch Tuesday, doesn't mean it isn't coming.
