   Hello,

   I don't receive the download link with some email adresses. It says that the download link has been sent, but I never receive it (and it is not in the trash folder).
   So I have to use another (alias), and some weeks later, the new adresse don't work anymore. What's going on?

   I had also issues to register on the forum. The 4th adress (@ymail) only worked. For the previous, it was said that the account was successfully created, but I've never received the email with the password.

   Can theses issues be examined by the webmaster, please?

   You should use the Contact Form to contact the GOTD staff directly - be sure to use the email address that's not getting the download link.

   The problem is the spam filtering done by email servers.

   returnpath[.]com/downloads/spam-filters-work/

   There are some things that GOTD **might** do, if they aren't already, & that **may** cut down on their emails being filtered, so IMHO still contact them as Chris suggests.

   The email addresses through our cable company [our ISP] allow you to sign into the email service at their web site, & there I can turn off *some* of the filtering, and it does seem to help.

   Simply a guess -- could be wrong... Some filtering is done based on black listing sender IP addresses. If things work similar to Virus Total [virustotal[.]com], shared bad information can propagate. [In fact it's been reported that Kaspersky once seeded Virus Total with bad info to damage competitors, & it worked.]
