   i recently had a problem on my PC which caused me to have to do a full re-install but I had the TuneMobie Spotify Converter installed which I have now lost.

   I do have the original email containing my own personalised link to download the software but obviously the offer has expired now so i'd like to know if there's any way of re-claiming it please?

   You can't re-install the software using the GOTD download because it will only install on "the day" which is determined by connecting to the internet so you can't just change your system clock.

   However, in some cases you can download the installation file from the publisher's site and use the previously supplied registration code. If the publisher required registration on their site then they may also provide a download for "registered users" but I didn't download the software so I don't know if they required site registration.

   thanks for the reply. it looks like i've lost out as there was no actual registration code or anything that i can see, and there wasn't one in the email either.

   shame, as it was a nice piece of software

   If you mean it was the version of 20-2-1018, you might be lucky. That giveaway was not wrapped and the key can be found in the readme of that day.

   I just tested it and I could re-install and activate it today. No April Fools joke.
