   I got my crate yesterday(according to Gmail..14 hrours ago) and I just got up and they charged my credit card 2 hours ago. WTH I don't even get 24 hours to decide if I want the NEXT one?

   More to come once I wake up and calm down.....

   If you go back to the giveaway page for "Ubercrate - 1 Month Membership - 10 games for free" from a month ago you'll find:

   NB !!! Your Ubercrate Membership will automatically renew via your authorized method of payment after the FREE month until you cancel your Membership!!!

   
   While I can't say that sending you the FREE stuff one day and extending your membership before you had a chance to review the service was intentional it is, sadly, typical of such "opt out" services and "promotional pricing".

   Hopefully, they'll reverse the charge.

   I knew it would "automatically renewed" and I had already made a note in my calendar to cancel this weekend..after I had activated my games. But I would have thought they would have given a weeks leeway..at least. When you get Humble's monthly bundle, they charge the day the bundle goes out.....which makes sense..

   Yeah, I know. It's always ...... buyer aware. It also makes GOTD look bad.

   Hopefully, they'll reverse the charge.

   Well, if they don't, my bank will. I have that coverage. What is telling..their billing service was quick to bill but I emailed their Contact Info area...around 9 :30am and have yet to hear from them..over 12 hrs. Really makes me want to keep their service at 32.35CA a month..for 2 games from 2008, 2009 and 2013, 1 from 2011 and one from 2015. NTM I already had 3 of them. Granted one..the 2015 one was Van Helsing:Final Cut for 49.99 but I will probably not ever play.

   ..It might sound funny, but I don't hate GGOTD for giving Uber...crate I'll say 6 days on site to market...Uber scam is "Opt out" service. The part that is not nice is not having a button on their website to "Opt Out". They don't seem to warn yu what day they take your money...So how can yu Opt Out when yu only know close to the day.. They do have a bad online rep- can click a few buttons watch a vid of How bad they are. Many will never deal with them again.

   ..It depends on your definition of Scam - to whether they are or not...As we all know the internet is full of scam artists-- we have a separate name for them online when we say Troll... But some people mean a little different when they say troll. Uber Steam crate sell games for money. Yu do get games after yu pay.
