As far as I can ascertain, Alawar have removed the dedicated page they used to have where you could upload your home made custom Hyperballoid 2 levels.
What I suggest is that any custom made levels you would like to share with the community could be uploaded to your drop box, or other file sharing site such as filefront (You have to create a free account before you can upload files. Filefront has changed hands a couple of times since I was a regular user. All files you uploaded were guaranteed to be safe, but when it changed hands, they started to delete files that were not downloaded withing a certain amount of time, however, so long as downloads are made periodically and when it gets to a specific number of downloads, the file is safe. I have several maps for Battlefield 2 that are still there and have been there for around 10 years though they are rarely downloaded any longer. You can find Filefront HERE. Personally I'll probably use Drop Box as it's simpler.
Basically upload your custom made levels to wherever you can share them with the community then post a link in this thread. 'll put the thread in the sticky section so that it is easily accessible.
