The mouse itself is a Roccat Tyon, which is a much reviewed gaming mouse that sells in the $80-$90 range. Meritline has them refurbished for $12 shipped. It's listed as being in a retail box, & mine came in the original, slightly worn box, sealed with tape that says REFURBISHED. It also does not show any wear, & seems to work fine, though I've only used it just less than an hour now. Mileage May Very Well Vary, but Meritline has been good to deal with in my experience when something was wrong with an ordered item.
Meritline is an international company, shipping pretty much worldwide, but this mouse shipped from their US warehouse -- I don't know if they sell it [or ship it] on their web sites in other countries. I normally wouldn't bother anyone about something that may be US only like this, but the deal is good enough that I thought it warranted it.
The mouse itself is a bit on the large side, with more buttons than I'll ever use. The biggest complaints I've read are that 1) the buttons can be mapped to a second function, & the shift button to enable that can be awkward, & 2) while the lighting is low key IMHO, there are all sorts of ways to set the lighting, & that end of things doesn't always work as planned. [Seems OK for my purposes, but then for $12 I'd be happy to turn the lighting off.]
Software...
The Roccat software for the Tyon is a slight bit of a mess, but then you only need it to program the mouse, & once programmed, you don't need to run the software. The driver install is a bit out of date, though it shows win10 compatibility, with parts written to Windows Virtual Store folder. It comes with an Alienware FX app to change profiles when you start certain games. That app is lightweight, but the Installshield Installer adds a couple few thousand registry entries. The Roccat Talk app, which is similar, has a just slightly less intrusive install.
If you install the full setup in a VM or running Time Freeze etc. there's a new AlienFXMSMforTyon folder under Program Files, & in it are the separate setup apps for Roccat Talk & the driver. That said, you don't seem to really need the driver for it to function -- I installed the driver to get the control app to program the mouse.
