I downloaded and installed Sketch Drawer in time to have it registered and working on May 17th @ 11:30:45 pm. However the key Soft Orbits sent me via email was incorrect. I had to wait for them to return my email with the correct key. This rarely happens with other programs we try out.
I finally got a reply from SoftOrbits, 18-05-2016 @ 3.38 pm stating, "This license key [...] is correct. Please make sure that you enter it correctly (not ending spaces, typos, etc. A lot of users using the same key without problem".
Eugene Ustinenkov <support@softorbits.com> answered my email to late for me to use the program.
However, I tried it again, this time disabling my AV first. The same thing happened. I was careful to copy and paste and double check it. I made new closeup screen shots so the key I entered could be clearly seen. If I knew how, I'd upload them here for you. Of course I'll never here back as the promotion for this program is over.
I am very pissed about this, and I want to register my complaint. Yes I know the program is free. Free but crippled. But those are the rules here, and we can really push a program ahead if its worth it, and we are treated respectfully. I have purchased programs from Soft Orbits before. I refuse to re-sign up for any of them and will never ever pay for something from them ever again. Don't you people test out the stuff you give us to try? Surely you don't just take their word for it. Its most unfair and just a total waste of time. I don't ever have a problem registering GOTD programs, or very rarely.
