   I'm having problem installing TemplateToaster 5 pro on my macine running on win7 64 bit. It simply refuses to install the program.
   Unzipped the package (3 files) to a named directory, then ran setup.exe as administrator. It asks for installing, click next, but never starts the real installation, instead I'm notified that It's Successfully Activated. But it's NOT. There's no sign of the program anywhere, and the installation process never starts. ?????

   Your security software is probably preventing the installation. The "activation screen" really only means that the program should have installed (the date was correct and the download was intact). The actual installation isn't monitored.

   Try disabling your security software and then installing the program. If that doesn't work, try booting in "safe mode with networking", install the program, and reboot. (If you're using Kaspersky, instead of "Safe Mode", you can select "Settings : General", Turn Protection Off, reboot, install the program and then turn protection back on once the program installs.)
