My computer crashed and I lost all the programs, how do I reinstall the GOTD programs that I've installed in the past? Any suggestions? Thank you...

For the most part, you can't reinstall a GOTD offer. There are a few, however, that you can - you'll need to logon to your account at the software provider's website and download from there.
The best solution is to buy what you use. For example, if you installed 14 video converters it's likely that you only really used one. Buy that one and forget about the rest.
Failing that, check back each day and you'll probably see most of what you previously installed come around again at some point. And, check the other sites as well. Finally, install some backup software because every computer will inevitably suffer a catastrophic failure.

You can save the games to flash drives. I've had one or two that didn't transfer to my new computer but many of them did, or you can play directly off the flash drive.

GOTD products that "install" as a self-extracting compressed file (WinZip or WinRar for example) can usually be "transitioned" to a new machine. However, that probably does not include any game stats.
Games that have a full install (including shortcuts) often do not transition because there are registry entrees involved with the playing of the game and a "guts copy" doesn't affect the registry.
In any case, any product that has some required files placed elsewhere may not transition, unless you already have those required files in the right place by accident.
Over all -- you have a 50/50 chance of a "guts copy" (either from a zipped "backup" or a flash drive "portable" play) working on a different machine. Note that running games off flash drives is not always a good idea. They may be slow and the I/O may wear out the flash drive prematurely.
