WR posted on the Game Giveawayoftheday download page that this wouldn't install for him, with a Could not extract file error. It happens as the actual game installer is running, not the GOTD portion. And it seems like it might be a Windows 10 problem. The game installed fine in my XP Mode VM, but failed in my win10 VM with the new Insider build, & in my win10 VM running an earlier build, so it's not just the newest version of 10.
I haven't had a chance yet, but will try it on my win10 install where I'm running Bitdefender, rather than the default Windows Defender. When this sort of thing happened with the regular GOTD downloads never did find a solution -- never could get Windows Defender to completely shut down. And then GOTD downloads started working again so never went further.
