   What's your OS?
   Under Vista it was often necessary to run setup and the first start of the programme with the right-click-administrator.
   It's not enough to be the administrator.

   running windows 8.1

   uninstalled using IOBIT unintaller.
   RE installed.
   rebooted.

   installed from giveaway again - setup.exe compatibility at windows 7 and run as administrator.

   register still greyed out.

   ran revo uninstaller.

   installed into different directory - same thing.

   I have tested a few AoaoPhoto Digital Studio products. maybe it is registered and working.

   help and about does not tell me.

   wasted enough time on this.

   1. Enhanced user experience: Account can be activated without new registration after upgrading and installing.

   I think I must of already had this and its upgraded.

   It does not show license information.

   The Wonderfox giveaways [& several others] are like that... what I normally do is copy the readme.txt file or email with the registration &/or activation info to the program's folder just in case it shows unregistered in the future. It might or might not help, but takes just seconds so I figure why not?

   This video watermark software stores the registration data in its folder in (My) Documents, so you could always check or edit the key in the .ini file, rename it & (re)register the app, back it up in case for the future etc. if you wanted.

   Thanks mikiem2,

   I did a search on my computer and found VideoWatermarkPro51-giveawayoftheday dated
   August 2014.

   I had kept the readme.txt from then.

   It shows the registration details that are the same as :-
   C:\Users\xx\Documents\AoaoPhoto Digital Studio\Video Watermark Pro\Setup.ini

   It has used my old code and updated the Date section to Date=2015-10-12.

   So, new installation and old code with updated date.

   Good to know when I rebuild.

   It would be nice of the developers put registration details in help/about.
