   Can't install Liquid Story Binder because the install thinks it is Sept 30th, when in fact it is noon on Sept 29th

   This is the first time I have ever encountered this error (when installing a still-valid giveaway)

   Liquid Story Binder 4.93

   I've been waiting for this software to appear again for over a year now. Now it's here again and I've downloaded it. However when I try to install it I get a message saying that the download has expired. But, the website still says I have over 15 hours to download the software. I would really like to get this software—what is going on?

   I keep getting the same pop-up message telling me: "Giveaway period for this software is over, please check our web-site for a new giveaway)"

   I truly would like to get it installed and give it a try. But I guess not.

   I downloaded it twice and tried twice to install, yet got the above error message.

   I doubt I'll be back to try your "free giveaway" service again if it won't work the first try. Or perhaps there's something I'm missing?

   I've been installing Giveaways now for years, and this is the first time I've seen this happen. WriterGuy, don't give up, there's some good stuff here.

   However, I agree -- I saw this offered a long time ago and missed it, and was looking forward to its return. I'm sad that I may miss it again, for no cause of my own.

   Can't install Liquid Story Binder... XP Pro up-to-date, Firefox 28... downloaded ok from emailed link... clicking setup.exe opens "Activation..." window which is immediately overlaid by a GOTD window saying "Failed to connect. Please try again later."

   Repeated download and procedure above with same result...

   What's going on here?

   CCDSystems, thanks for the encouraging words. ( :) ) I'm brand new to this forum, what are the chances someone in charge with Giveaway of the Day will respond quickly enough to get anything done to resolve the issue?

   I know some of the best run forms I go to frequently have a slow record of responding to questions/problems and acting on them. Don't know about this one yet.

    I'm having the same problem, says it has expired, it has 8-28-2015 on the install date instead of todays date....any help??

    Judging by the new GOTD landing page, & the forum pages being offline for awhile, not everything is up & running yet after the GOTD team's site redesign.

    I assume it'll be up soon enough, but in case, or if you don't want to wait, the registration code *seems* to work with both the installer & .zip file downloads from the developer's site.

    FWIW that .zip file download just skips the uninstall registry key -- it doesn't use the registry otherwise. Either way you'll get folders in ...[UserName]\ AppData\ Local & in (My)Documents.

    Yup. I just did the same thing and it tells me the software is now registered. Good call for a good work-around, mikiem2!

    On the download page I cannot post a comment, i cannot vote on comments, I cannot download the program. Anything on which I click merely scrolls me back to the top of the page instantly.

    Bearing in mind that they may still be working on &/or tweaking the site, so you might have caught it at a bad time, everything seems to work fine accessing the site from the US in Firefox, Internet Explorer, & Chrome.

    I keep getting the following message when I try to run the set-up program: "The setup files are corrupted. Please obtain a new copy of the program." I've re-downloaded. I've turned my computer on and off. I've deleted the previous downloads. I've scanned and approved them with my anti-virus program... I'm at a loss of what to do. And I'm running out of time (5 hours to go!)
