   I downloaded the zip file
   I extracted it
   I ran setup
   Setup ask for admin (typical of any setup)
   I approved
   Mouse thinks
   Nothing happens.

   Really think the zip maybe corrupt. It take a bit of a time to unzip (almost freezes at 21%), but it does complete. I've re-downloaded a bunch of times.

   If the zip file were corrupt you'd get an error when it unpacked and found that the included files didn't match the manifest so it's something else.

   I suggest closing all running programs, including your browser, and disabling your security for the time it takes to install. The setup.exe unpacks to memory and the program may have a lot of temporary files and/or registry additions (I didn't install it) that might be stressing your system resources and if your security is running it's scanning the files as they unpack which takes more resources. You may also have some program running that's causing an issue.

   Last resort is to boot in "safe mode with networking", install the program, reboot normally. I doubt that there's anything wrong with the file you downloaded.

   I have downloaded this on a Win10 Home 64bit and it loaded and installed perfect.

   Wise Care is not good if you watch online shows. Kept buffering the downloads. I couldn't find where to turn it off. I ended up removing this from the laptop. Video downloaded straight away after that.
